ve been sleeping around in different position so far the best style is to curl up like fetus and hold myself. That is a recipe for success. people ask me what is my secret to youth,  say 80 percent of the day if I’m not working/performing/at the mall/showering I am sleeping peacefully. Peacefully. Noone sleeps violently. Not even in middle east.  There is no being politically correct, noone’s racist when you sleep. It’s just this amazing relationship between you and blanket.
