Sushi Making \\\ SUCCESS ///

2nd attempt to make sushi. This time we manage to get my favourite Salmon and his favourite Unagi. We made whole lots of sushi that enough to feed 6-8 persons, which actually only 2 of us eating. Haha too many rice.. BUt YUMMY!!!! We keep on eating while making.
This bacially all my ingredient accept the unagi still in the kitchen where he is still cutting it.
Let's start!
1) Wet ya hand and grab some rice put on the seaweed and spread it evenly.
2) Put the ya filling in, i put salmon and cucumber. Ticker salmon and cucumber, so the taste will be more rich! MORE MORE MORE!!!!
3) Roll it up tightly! This is his 1... haha mine look nicer! See his rice all squeeze out...
4) wet ya knife and cut it into slices. Must wet ya knife else the rice still stick.
Here u go! Sushi ready to be serve with some soy sauce and WASABI!
Practice few more time, then i wanna learn how to make pattern in the middle kinda sushi. Anyone know any online tutorial? ^^

A night in Japan

Is only IMAGINe to be in Japan. Went to 1U to buy some sushi making ingredient for the next day. Before we go to Jusco, we stop by Nippon Yataimura Japanese Restaurant for our dinner. The interial is really nice.
We had a bowl of noddle and a bento set.
We enjoyed our green tea after the food. Is a pleasant night.
The foxy is their logo. Hehe so cute.... its rubbing its tummy ^^

My Poison Nails

I haven't been buying and applying nail polish for quite sometime. Till lately when i am digging into my cupboard looking for it then only realize most of it can't be use coz has become too thick or dried up. So yesterday i went to refill my stock. I bough 4 Colour actually. Black, purple, gold and pink. Tot get some colour which i could share with mummy. ^^ so came bek tested and i have colourful nail polish like my finger nails were poisoned! MUAHAHAA... fun fun... oh i didn't remove it before i go out... Muahaha YES I am a bit insaint... wore so many colour today too... hmm...
