    Had a healthy wonderful morning, it has been awhile since i MOVE... as in exercise.... thanx to Justine accompany, swam 5 laps... spent some time on the Jacuzzi & Sauna, FEEL SO GOODDDDDDDD ^^ then we had our breakfast in mamak, had tosai  and dropped by the books shop and hung around for awhile. HHmmm~~ feeling Great! \(^(00)^)/
