2000 COLLAPSE and sleptI counted my finger on how many times have i cycle actually in my life. Is quite shocking for me... coz i only started learning how to ride a bicycle when i was studying abroad. Which is 3 yrs back. That time i ride about 2-3 times during the summer time at the park near by. Since i came back to home ground, i never ride a bicycle anymore. First i dun have 1 at home. 2nd is too hot to ride outside normally. 3rd i am lazy.

This time is my 1st time riding since i am back. which make it mayb my 5th time in my life and i am following my friends cycling around the jungle. >.< shocking for me to realise that.
Throughout the journey, i mostly pushing my bike up the hill.... i can't manage to cycle up the hill.... my leg wasn;t strong enough. worried overdo will coz my leg to have muscle cramp. Then cycle on flat surface and pressing the press hard enough to control the speed down hill. Since my weight is HEavy, i actually should be the 1st to go down hill but i am so darn worry i will lost control and fly out the road and drop into somewhere else..... mayb the pond.... so i i press the break always where i can hear the squicking sound all the way down.....and from first to go and last to arrive kind.
However is alrite, safety come first. I dun mind to be slow, as long as i manage to finish the whole journey with the rest. Thanx for waiting for me this slow poke. HAhaha 1 more thing i dun dare to press the break too hard coz i scared the bike will turn round and end up i am rolling down the hill to reach the flat point. HAHAHA... yay... my stupid imagination are workign hard here which i can;t control... Lolz
I personally enjoyed the trip. Is tiring and i complain alot tellig everyone "I AM TIRED AHH" thorughout the journey, but i am quite enjoying it. Suprisingly i felt no fear to go again that i tot i will have. I sweat like just got out from the shower. My hair and shirt were all soaking wet. My towel are all wet as well. I FELT GREAT ABOUT THIS! ya keep fit.... but it won't help me lose any weight coz i ate a lot after that.
I always love sushi and we went to sakae sushi for late lunch at 3++pm. HAhaha... My muscle was aching while i am having my lunch. when we finish our lunch, i can hardly get my leg to move. HAHAHA...
Now after 2 days applied yoko yoko , my muscle ache still there. Who say tired until one can't feel anything? I am tired but i can feel EVERYTHING! i can feel the numbness and pain on my arm and leg and BUTTOCK even in my sleep! OMG... i hope there is a big bath tub at home which i can soak myself into the HOT BUBBLE BATH to relax my muscle....

However... IT IS A WONDERFUL TRIP
