Synergy at UCC

On, Thursday 06 November 2008, Synergy performed at NUS’s University Culture centre. It’s a performance by W4’s SYF 2007 gold award winning school in show casting of each school’s talent.
Arrogantly to say, Synergy was selected to represent the school in this West Zone performance. Our item was, Break Away, a hip hop & jazz dance. Song used was Flo Rida ft. T.pain‘s Low and T.pain’s Church remix. Synergy’s item was the last fourth and dancers were extremely hot and bothered. Before the concert we dancers were waiting in the dressing room styling our hairs and doing make-up. [Thanks, Ms Heng for the pizza and helping out of make-upping.] Sharon asked her friend to brought light stick and we ask for a dark at the start of the show to enhance the light. Then, we were called down to the backstage as our item was next. Like as a rule we pray around the stage for success and sensation. As we were waiting for the curtain to roll my heart was pumping so fast. Gosh! Then as the spectator saw our light stick a little girl clams that is beautiful. [Yeah! I agree too] &...our dance start! Our light stick starts to drop as we move. I stepped on a yellow one and almost fall. Followed by Church, posing was -.- & I started to at a loss. My fringes were struck to my fake eyelash, no choice I had to get them away while posing. & I had a funny ending pose.
13 evident were found sparkled on stage.

This week I was busy with dance. -.-‘’’
Had mine rehearse on Monday and Wednesday, 05 November 2008? Both day that we went, it was raining. Nice, but stress a little in inside. I had to hypnosis myself and chant the spell... “I’m sexy...i’m sexy” Duh! Not only that, we had to think of pose that are...sexy. Sick isn’t it? The whole dance was on sexy, energy, & hot. && thinking of pose isn’t easy at all it must be sexy, that’s what the senior say. Can you think of 6 set of pose where there’s two pose in a set? I was praying... “Get alive in my soul...Madonna...gets alive in my soul M.J...Get alive in my soul K.M”
& now I know being a diva is not tranquil. Since the first rehearse, I was sick...very sick- Flu, cough, fever and ankle problem. The ankle problem is an old injury but it attack again at the camp after the long, long so long walk. Maybe I will be going for an operation
