being positive is very important. there is no end to being negative, and it makes the world seem like a miserable place if one thinks negative all the time.

it's strange that if one thinks negative, nothing is worth the trouble... a dream becomes something impossible... a change of perspective, and suddenly nothing is impossible and there is something to look forward to everyday.

i quit my IT job after 7 years to be in music teaching and it's the first time that i feel really happy doing what i do... although there are alot of things i need to pick up again after letting go for 7 years! i mean, i gave away scores, textbooks and even my metronomme... now on top of getting back those things, i have to get myself back into playing condition...

the ppl in the world i just left seemed skeptical about what i'm doing, and out of goodwill they tried to offer me other options to stay in that world. they did not see what i saw that made me leave...

surprisingly, on this side, i found new frens and very supportive mentors. and at once i felt at home. i do not know where i'll be going, but i'll never miss the other side.
