Advertising Sales Position
OVGuide.com, the world's leading internet online video guide, is
looking for an experienced Online Advertising Sales person to join its
growing team.
- 3+ years of media sales experience
- 2+ years of dot.com advertising sales experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding aggressive revenue targets
- Experience with both agency and client-direct sales
- Results-driven orientation
- Experience as a publisher in online advertising
- Ability to project advertising growth/matriculation
- Ability to structure and close a sale and sell on the value of a brand
- Strong presentation, networking, time management and interpersonal skills
- Independent self-starter who comes equipped with positive attitude and
can get up and running with minimal top-down guidance
- High degree of integrity and business ethics
- Ability to work in a very team-based environment- working very closely
with marketing & PR team to help build & grow overall advertising,
revenue, and branding models.
- Good working relationships and contacts at top accounts/agencies,
especially those targeted for key verticals; including brands targeted
for men 18-34
- BA or BS required
- Setting up/maintaining 3rd party ad servers, programs as a publisher.
