Wendy has a BA in English Literature from Cornell University and an MFA in Filmmaking from New York University. Her thesis film, Moon Lady, won Best Narrative Short at the San Diego Asian Film Festival 2008, and the Lillian Onque Award at the Gate City Women's Film Festival 2009, and was also an Official Selection of Slamdance 2009.
