    中国第十一届山东全运会武术比赛结束了，我的卫冕之路终于走到了终点，我要感谢这么多年来一直关心、帮助、理解、支持我的领导、教练、家人、兄弟姐妹们，没有大家的力量我不可能走到今天，由衷的谢谢大家！

    Eleventh Shandong, China National Games Wushu end of the game, my way of defending finally come to an end, I would like to thank so many years been concerned about, help, understand and support my leadership, coaches, family members, brothers and sisters, Without your strength I can not go today, heartfelt thank you!

    一直在上海训练基地备战10月份的全运会，难得有时间出来透透气，抓紧时间吃吃喝喝，玩玩乐乐，呵呵。

    好久没吃韩国料理了，走到这也累了，进去。

    烤五花肉，呵呵，迫不及待，没熟都想吃了。

    还去了鲁迅纪念馆

    里面的建筑我觉得很有特色，大吊灯、大理石地板。

    这是上海世界博览会的吉祥物

    这是一家广东人开的粥店，这的粥很好吃，每次路过我都要进去吃一碗

    第十一届运动会武术套路男子预赛（上海）落下帷幕，虽然比赛中还存在一些需要改进的地方，总体来说我对自己这次比赛的发挥还是比较满意的，特别在心态上，接下来好好总结一下，完善不足之处，全力以赴备战决赛吧，我对自己说相信自己，结果已经不重要了，好好享受余下的过程吧。

    Eleventh Wushu Games preliminary men's (Shanghai) came to an end, although there are still some games where the need to improve the whole I have to play this game is quite satisfactory, especially in the mind, the next good sum up and improve the deficiencies, go all out preparing for the finals, I said to myself I believe myself, not matter the result, enjoy the rest of the process of it.
