• iPhone 3GS

  I was looking forward to today, but I did not expect to be as psyched as I was after receiving & setting up my new iPhone 3GS.  Shiny new toys make me excited!

  

  I was excited when the box arrived, & I could not help twit about it.

  

  Restoring from a previous back up was a breeze.  Took a few minutes.

  

  

  The earphones bundled with the new version has volume controls now.

  

  I’ll post more about the differences & improvements later, in the mean time, if you are in Hong Kong & currently suscribing to Three’s service, there’s a special ‘upgrade’ plan for the iPhone 3GS.   I managed to sell my my 3G for HK$3050 & got the 3GS for Hk$3580 + 1yr extend contract. HK$530 is well worth for ‘upgrading’… more about actual usage later!

  Its been a while since my last post, its been a busy month traveling & working, but I’ve been tweeting!

  My last visit to Malaysia was for work, so I did not get to meet everyone I wanted to; my apologies to my Malaysian Homies & friends, we’ll catch up again real soon!

  Anyway, even though my schedule was tight, I did manage to meet up with my uncle & family when I was there, & I was surprised & excited to find out what they had found for me.
  Somewhere in my Grandmother’s home, they found a bounty of trophies & 2 photographs of my father from about 50 years ago.

  Reginald Stuart was one of the Top Motorcycle racers in his day in Malaysia, & the trophies were from race events all over Malaysia from Penang down to Singapore.     My Uncle had these trophies polished & I then sent these & the photos to my Dad, who now resides in the USA.
  Reunited the trophies & owner after almost 50 years.

  I know for sure where I get my steez from, now!
