Our Shaolin tendon stretching and massage has lots of friction on the whole body, increasing blood circulation. If you have lots of hair, when we are pulling on your tendons, your hair will get in the way and it will increase friction on your skin, which may result in minor scrapes, depending on the length of your body hair. Shaolin tendon stretching is not suitable for people with massive long hairs on their back and shoulders. Please shave your back and shoulder 3 days before coming to the massage.
