Victor is a young specialist in international economics, diplomacy, foreign languages, martial arts and fitness. 2006-2010 Traditional Wushu/Athletic Wushu/Traditional Kung Fu National Title Champion; Coach and Judge for the Ukranian National Championships; Organized 4 Ukranian Open Seminars featuring internationally acclaimed wushu athlete instructors with local and international participants. Captain and coach of the regional wushu team, athlete, the head of the Regional Martial Arts association, presenter, actor, and teacher.

On 12th of September 2002 he opened the 1st wushu school in Chernivtsi, Ukraine together with his 1st Master Zhou Lian Jie.
Master Zhou's main styles are: Hong Quan, Tai Ji, Yong Chun Quan, Shaolin Quan.
In 2006 Victor began to represent Chernivtsi region in all Ukrainian championships.
In 2006 he founded the Open Wushu Festival, which is held once a year annually and unites many wushu and other martial arts practitioners from Ukraine and other countries. This year he was 1st in Ukraine to make a movie based on materials of the 1st Open Wushu Festival. This year he started practicing modern wushu styles.
Victor's primary specialization is Tai Ji : Tai Ji Quan and Tai Ji Jian.
Since 2006 he has been taking part in all Ukrainian National Competitions and international events:
2006 Ukrainian Wushu Championship: Nanzi Taiji Quan - 2nd place, Traditional Weapon - Wu style Tai ji jian - 2nd place;
2006 1st International Tai Ji Festival (Ukraine): best performer of Sun Tai Ji Quan and the reward for the best team performance;
2007 Ukrainian Wushu Cup, Final: Tai Ji Quan- 1st place .
2007 Ukrainian Wushu Championship - 2 place in Tai Ji Quan.
2008 Open Ukrainian Wushu Championship(run by the Ministry of Sports of Ukraine): Taiji quan - 2nd place, Taiji jian - 2nd place;
2008 1st Stage of Ukrainian Wushu Cup: Tai ji quan - 2nd place; Taijijian (in a mixed group of jianshu) - 4th place.
2008 2nd Stage of Ukrainian Wushu Cup: Taiji quan - 2nd place; Tai ji jian - 2nd place.
2008 1st Ukrainian Wushu Championship of "SPRATAK" National Sports Society- Taiji quan - 2nd place; Tai ji jian - 2nd place.
In 2006 Victor started working as the wushu judge.
In February 2008, organized the 1st Charitable Open Ukrainian Wushu Seminar, inviting World Best Wushu Master He Jingde and started working with him.
In july-august 2008 organized 2nd Charitable Open Ukrainian Wushu Seminar, inviting Master Hou Yousheng, Shenzhen, China (one of world best traditional wushu teachers).
February 2009 organized 3d Charitable Open Ukrainian Wushu Seminar, inviting Master G. Nebulana, World Wushu Champion from Indonesia. (Modern styles)
May 2009 organized 2nd Stage of Ukranian Wushu Cup in Chernivtsi, Ukraine.
In 2009 we started the cooperation with the Beijing Sports University, Shanghai wushu team and Shanghai assosiation "Jingwu".
April - july 2010 organized 4th Charitable Open Ukrainian Wushu Seminar by inviting Mr. Yang Shuai, coach from Beijing Sports University.
January 2010 became Ukranian representative to the World Traditional Kung Fu Federation.
May 2011 - World Traditional Kung Fu Championship (Bulgaria) :
Tai ji quan - 1st place;
Tai ji jian - 1st place.
Currently Victor works for the Swiss Bank " Dukascopy Bank SA", wushu and fitness/bodybuilding coach at the Fitness-city Gym in Kiev.
