TRAINING DAY…RVCA

It jus wouldn't be right if I'm in LA and didn't stop by the cool breezed morning air that fills the facility of RVCA!

After finally getting over jet lag and 5 Star home cooked meals by me madre I was in desperate need to get back in shape before I came back to Taiwan and physical ready to be in front of a camera. I swear if I had a wish, it would be that beer belly's and double chins are what's considered sexy rather than wash board abs, and chiseled face. Goodness... but until then... looks like hittin pads, running miles, lifting weights, and swimming like a villain will have to do... and I know just where to go! Drove my butt down to Costa Mesa at 8:30am and trained with the pros and world champs at RVCA Headquarters.

A few months back came to visit Pat while BJ Penn was there~

It's so encouraging to see people who have a passion for self discipline, self improvement, and selfless attitude in life. You definitely feel a sense of family at the core of it all while your hitting the punching bags at the VA warehouse... Or the creator of RVCA PM Tenore!
