    I love that Arnold film, it was hilarious and inspiring at the same time.  I actually bought the DVD recently just so I could rewatch it, hehe.

    First time hearing about gymboss, too bad my gym is so behind we don't have updated or cool gear like that :(

    Well Elle you know where the gym is * stare* Lol

    Try that chics workout 1-2 a week and just to for about 10 min, believe me you will feel/see the diff and before you know you will be hooked :)
