pumpkin porridge 南瓜粥

today breakfast, pumpkin porridge !
i luv pumpkin much!
because it is healthy + tasty!
pumpkin is high in vitamin A and dietary fiber!
recommend for those diabetes patient & pregnant mummy,

* benefit for diabetes
it contains high in  Cobalt  that can be active in the body's metabolism, and promote hematopoietic function,good for prevention of diabetes & can  lower blood sugar

 *benefit for pregnant mummy :
it promote the development of fetal brain cells and enhance their vitality,Prevention of pregnancy edema, hypertension and other pregnancy complications, and promote blood clotting and the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage.




A.)if you have blended at home..
- blend the solid pumpkin become liquid,
-then boiled the porridge like normal
-add the pumpkin liquid at the last step when the porridge almost ok...
-mixture it and cook a while..then, done !

B.) if u dint have blended at home..
- cut the pumpkin  into middle pieces( as u still can taste the pumpkin in small block later)
- cook it together when u cook the porridge..
- add a teaspoon oil at the last stage..
- then, done!
p/s : make sure keep stir the porridge frequently!
