I Become still, in the silent waters-beneath the surface of my being.

I enter sacred space, once more-blessed by the presence of all

That appears before me when the veil of here falls away

there is a world of matter,a world of antimatter, a place of you and me, aplace where we do not exist. Let the two intersect galactic collide into a space of perfect presence without end,without beginning. which one of us is alpha, omega? or are we just?

  My life without my parents

It has been so hard without them they were all i had. mum died 6 years ago from lung cancer .when she died it was like my whole world had crashed arond my feet she was my rock .As the years went by it got aliitle easyer but the hurt was still there.But my dad told me that my mum would of want me to keep going .

so my dad be came my rock always there to help me get me through the hard times. Then my dad had problems of his own people taking avantage of him getting stressed so he turned to smoking .

He used to smoke when i was young he had heart attack and got though that . He gave up for 20 years because the surgens said that if he didnt he would of died a lot earliyer in his life.

So when my dad started to smoke again after some1 started to bully my dad and take advantage of him i tyred to stop him but didnt work  so in feb 10 2011 i lost my dad to amajor heart attack through smoking and strees . i cant get over that they have gone my whole life is come to an end   and dont know what to do or where to go .

So  i cant go on to have a good christmas without my parents

As i look into the sky at the stars and wonder where are all the others that gone before me.

As the moon climbs higher into the sky and the light covers the sea i feel the fresh brezze against my face the smell of the salt of the sea ,i here my name being called on the wind .

I can fill my spirit raising and wanting to go ,So i let go and it can be free to be with my kin.

so where ever i may roam  my spirit may go .

I AM FREE of this world let me be

 what am i

 i am light as a feather

i can be contained but i can penatrate rock

i can be hugh and i can be small

i can be soft and i can be hard

i can be rough and be smooth
