ok this is stolen from my facebook lol
blog time!
this was actually the most exciting time i ever had,
promoting Finishing the Game. These people went through a lot of
struggles putting us on the big screen and they were successful, and
yet not. We still going through a concrete ceiling in the media but at
least we chipped something off. And we couldn't do it without them.
Not
only they were influential and smart, but they were also the nicest
people in the world and they care a lot about the community. I love these guys and i will really miss them.
I
will always remember the awkward talks i had with them lol and other
things too like when i first met Sung Kang and we talked about his
Madtv skit, trying three times to get a picture of Sung but then little
did i know I was going to see him 2 more times lol, getting somewhat
hitted on by Roger Fan who called me the beautiful girl in Yellow and
wrote Thanks for the hotness in my poster, respecting more of Justin Lin's work
through my question of negative views which i came all the way from
berkeley to san francisco state for, sitting in a circle of Asian Film
people and having a normal talk, help setting up an interview with
Justin Lin and Dustin Nguyen, watching the fun movie, getting into a 21
year old and up club by the permission of the Finishing the Game Crew.
yeah i'll miss all that thrill and excitement...and i hope someday i'll see them all again and that they'll remember my name lol
And
I hafta give many thanks to Jeffrey who was the link to all this
awesomeness, without him, i wouldn't be able to meet everyone
personally and be inspired again to work with film. Do Jie Jeff!
