Butterfly Lovers - in real life

"Butterflies should be a pair. One left behind is very lonely."

Last Sunday I was walking. I saw an injured white butterfly. It had a broken wing and was flying low over ground. It stopped for a while.



It looked very tired. And suddenly another white butterfly came. It seemed like it wanted to help. It was flying around the hurt butterfly. When it was down, second butterfly was with this butterfly. And when it was going up, the second one was going up, too.


I made only one photo with these two butterflies. It's not very well. But you must trust me. They was flying together all time when I was there. They looked like lovers. I don't know that butterflies can love. Some species of animals are with the same partner whole life. Maybe it's a legend or maybe it's a truth...

When I saw this butterfly last time, it was flying between trees. I don't know it's still alive. Probably not, because it was very hard injured and looked exhausted.



Do animals have feelings? Many people think they don't.

I think they have.
