Named by TIME magazine as one of 5 Music Acts To Watch in 2008 alongside Japanese musician Cornelius is Singapore-based electro-rock chanteuse The Analog Girl. “You’ve heard the hype and it’s true” reveals The Straits Times about the enigmatic performer who is turning heads with her latest EP Sometime Next Galaxy. Mastered by Mandy Parnell in London who has worked with rock and pop luminaries like Feist, Sigur Ros and Depeche Mode, the sound on Sometime Next Galaxy is both lush and intergalactic. The Analog Girl first sprung into the international spotlight when American sportswear giant Nike featured a track from her debut self-released, self-produced album The TV Is On on their European ad campaign Changing The Game in 2005.
