Good question :D
In this day i was very cold and i stand all day home. In evening i decide to go outside from home and so i find that was the CHILDREN DAY. The photos are make in a big park and there was many artists, stages, concerts, dancers, actors ... many ... many people and children ... and i think that the Blue Man was an young actor ... i dont now ... i just was walking and the blue color attract my attention. Maybe he was there to divert the kids or to impress the girls.
