  The Square Root of 3

  I’m sure that I will always be
  A lonely number like root three

  The three is all that’s good and right
  Why must my three keep out of sight
  Beneath the vicious square root sign
  I wish instead I were a nine

  For nine could thwart this evil trick
  with just some quick arithmetic

  I know I’ll never see the sun, as 1.7321
  Such is my reality, a sad irrationality

  When hark! What is this I see
  Another square root of a three

  As quietly co-waltzing by
  Together now we multiply
  To form a number we prefer
  Rejoicing as an integer

  We break free from our mortal bonds
  With the wave of magic wands

  Our square root signs become unglued
  Your love for me has been renewed

  Ah, today I woke up after 12 hours of sleep, and felt like going to the movies. So I did. I went there all by myself. It felt great. I chose whatever I wanted to see and wherever I wanted to sit inside the theater. I think it's fun to go out by yourself once in a while.

  So I saw Forbidden Kingdom, the Jet Li/Jackie Chan movie. I have to say this movie is a lot of fun. The action is great and the mythology is awesome (well, that's kind of a given since it's based on Journey to the West). Seeing Jackie fights Jet is the best part of the movie. Jackie is pretty damn funny in this. Plus the two Chinese girls in this movie are absolutely gorgeous. And this chick stole my heart:

  

  Her name is Li Bing Bing and she plays the white haired witch in the movie. Oh, she's so beautiful!!!!

  In another happy news, New York Knicks coach Isiah Thomas is FIRED!!! Woohoo! This day can't get any better.

  我终于和那个女仔约会啦，我真的很开心。我们去了酒吧喝红酒（一个不同的感受，通常我只是喝啤酒），和她谈话很舒服很有趣，我觉得她是个很好的女仔，我们的兴趣也比较合得来。她约我下星期去一个PARTY，非常期待！

• Shameless self promotion

  Go to www.google.com and type in “MIke Mai”, then hit “I’m feeling lucky”. BAM! My site pops up, haha. Finally! My site is right on top of the Google search engine. Woohoo!!! How long did that take? 5 or 6 months. Can’t complain too much since it’s free. I’m glad it’s up now.

  I have two interviews lined up for the next two Wednesdays. I’m really sweating my balls off. I hope things will finally turn out well and I can score an internship with a design firm. Wish me luck, international friends!
