We were there last November... we were staying there for 3 days... we found a cheap flat to stay right at the center of Causeway Bay, it was just 2 blocks away from SOGO. It was only HKD250 per room per person per night. They charged you an extra HKD50 for additional person. The room is decent and clean.

We browsed through SOGO, fashion street, Time Square and we also went to Victorian Peak

O… we even have a chance to go to Shenzhen for a little shopping but what I enjoyed the most is THE MESSAGE!!! Man!! It was so good. Only $35 RMB per session you could enjoy 1.5 hour message. I did foot message and back message. I felt like in heaven hehehe ….You won’t get it in here…. I remember one time when I tried a foot message in China Town, I left the place with a deep regret because it gave me more ache than before. I spent USD45 for 30min.

In these pictures, you will see my husband, my younger brother, younger sister, my mommy

    Enjoy the photo albums!!

Mugen [means Eternity - name is taken from Samurai Champloo anime]

I've adopted him almost 3 years ago... For me, he was a miracle. I've looked through several shelters and finally I saw him. I told the staff that I had interest on him but she told me that he was taken already. I was pretty upset but I took my time to play with him before I left. The minute I decided to leave, she stopped me and told me that the person who would like to take him just called and cancelled the adoption. She handed me an application and I filled them up. She then explained to me that there were more than one applicant who on waiting list and she would filter all the applicants. Unlike other shelter where you could bring your adopted dog on the same day, this shelter is very strict – it is Animal Haven Shelter in Flushing, Queens. They called all my roommates, my landlord and visited my apartments to see if I would meet their qualification.

A week passed by and I was living in an extreme anxiety. At the end of the week, I could not stand it anymore so I decided to pay a visit to the shelter again hoping I would have the answer by then. Well, as soon as I got into the shelter, the staff approached me and congratulates me for I’ve been selected to be Mugen’s owner. OMG!! I WAS SOO HAPPY!! Mugen has become part of my family since then. He brings happiness into my life. I thank God for him

O… he was featured in one of the magazine just before he was handed to me

These pictures were taken on last January 21, 2007 during my younger sister wedding reception.

She had her wedding in Indonesia, so just within 6 days, I had to fly back there [22 hour flight], made all the preparation for the wedding, attended her wedding ceremony and receptions, flew back to NY which took me another 22 hours.

Returned to NY and back to work the next day. Ugh!! those hundreds of e-mails that I have to respond to, meetings I had to attend and handled all the work issues really drove me crazy... had to stay late till 10pm almost everday... and then fell sick.

But, despite of all that I had to go through, I felt so grateful that I was able to attend her wedding. I could not describe how happy I was to see her walking down the aisles and became one with her husband. She was so beautiful... and her wedding was magnificent.

Well, my husband could not join me for her wedding ceremony/reception. So, the one that stand next to me is my younger brother.
