神戶牛肉 Kobe Beef

神戶牛 Kobe Beef 被言为世界上最贵的日本和牛，身价非常高。是因为他们在日本出世和养大，而且还过着非一般的生活。所谓非一般的生活是意味着这些牛仔的饮食由专人定制，还不时喝啤酒以达到血液循环使得肉质更松软。定时还有爵士音乐听和一边有专人帮它们上下都按摩，令肉和脂肪的分布更来得更均衡。
Kobe Beef 的食法可以是刺身、炭烧、盐烧等好几种。这回我们选择了炭燒，这样可带出其多汁鲜嫩的口感。
烧烤的时间不需太久，大概一边 20秒即可。烤太久反而其肉的水分会流失喔！
Kobe Beef 可以不需要沾任何酱料便可食，可是不妨可试试这日本芝麻酱，还不错！

We had more than RM3000 worth of goodies to give away at our 1st Anniversary party and complete chaos ensued when it was time to give out the presents.
We decided to print out the name of the prize onto pieces of paper, crumple them up and toss them one by one into the crowd.
As you can see people made mad jumps for the prizes and we definitely have some potential NBA players in Malaysia.
Edwin from The Pixel Pimps got the craziest shots of the action.
Like we said earlier, chaos ensued.
How are five people going to share one pair of kicks?
Another happy punter.
