I'm very impressed with the White House Garden.  I was a little skeptical about the idea and didn't think it would be very well thought out.  After checking out a couple videos and listening to the head chef, I was really blown back by the focus on local food production, closing the loop and even producing their own honey.  This a huge step for them to take and there is also a mention of no insecticides and pesticides from the first ladies mouth! This gives me great hope, but we need to see more change on a larger level.  Conventional farming methods need to be stop and GMO farming needs to be stopped before they ruin all of the soil, water and air!

Are we all one?  I think that we should all agree that we are one organism and we are given one chance on this earth to respect it and not abuse that relationship.  I know a lot of people would look at something like that and say " oh man your such a hippie".  I love when people say this, because these are the people that are so disconnected from the earth and what life is really about.  Your 9 to 5, nice car and house will not bring you true happiness they will die with you. To make great change and for the world to survive the coming times everyone will have to become more conscious of the decisions they make on a daily basis.  Every time you buy something, every time you step in your car or into walmart think about what kind of work goes into each thing that your are buying.  It's a hard thing to grasp, but if we were all on this level of consciousness there wouldn't be large corporations stomping all over the place knocking great local business's off the map.    You have to figure if your buying something from say wal mart it has traveled a great distance most likely from china to get the US, the person that made this product was paid close to nothing to work long hours to provide this for you and then you have to factor in the waste that is displaced from this process.  You have the gas that it took to power the plant, the raw materials used for this product(most likely petroleum based), the amount of gas it took to get it to the us or its final destination(via boat and then truck to each store).  This doesn't apply to just wal mart this is a good portion of all major companies in the US.  We've out sourced all of our jobs to other countries to cut cost and have lost many jobs here in the US.  Our government is working hard to completely phase out the middle class.  The health care system is a joke, school systems are a joke, cost of living is a joke.  What is going on with this world?  This is the time for community and this idea of oneness to be part of our daily activities.  We need to all bound together as one and realize if we don't do something about this, no one will.  Its time the people take this world back before the earth reclaims itself.  I want to live in a society where everyone is conscious of there surroundings, cares for there neighbors, and has respect for the earth.  I challenge everyone to think about what your buying, read the labels look at the company making it and think about what waste has gone into that product.  Also think of what waste will come after that products life.  There are great companies out there making a conscious decision to take the harder road to make a better world.  This is truly the greatest time to be alive and I have faith that we can recover what we've lost, but we need to start immediately.

Unfortunately I don't have faith in the voting process in this country.  I feel that the last two elections were rigged and that these presidents are all within the same blood line from the start.  GW wasn't elected he was selected by a higher power to be the puppet if you will.  My prediction is that Borack obama will be elected.  Why you ask.......well because he is an 8th cousin of Dick Cheney and back to the 17th century he is related to GW, wow was a crazy coincidence.  I'm really jaded by all that has happened since GW has been put into office and I feel that this is a huge reason why the movement has to be from the people of this world, I don't trust the way things are being run and I feel the less we have to rely off of them and off of these major companies the better.  Grow your own food, support local business's, catch your own water, use less, conserver more, stop supporting this so called economy and support your local economy.  There are lots of resources out there for everyone to learn how to do simple things such as grow your own food.  If you have an apartment and don't have much space you can grow herbs in your window sill or on your roof top.  If there is a will theres a way.  Even if you think you have a brown thumb, thats just a state of mind.  If you actually pay attention to the plant and understand it you will not have a brown thumb.  when in doubt put your hand in it(the soil that is).  If anyone that reads this has any questions or suggestions or wants to know what small things they can do on a daily basis to make change, feel free to ask a way.

Every early morning as the smooth move laxative tea kicks in I get the worst pain in my stomach.  It's during that time of pain and weakness that I want to quit this Cleanse.  After that passes I go throw this rapid phase of energy and clearness.  I have been accomplishing so much since I started this cleanse.  We have so much stuff that we put in our bodies that literally breaks us down physically and mentally.  These things are put in your food on purpose to stunt your brains capacity to function at its highest level and also to keep you confused.  I recommend although its not easy, that everyone does a cleanse to clear you mind and spirit. 

I have been dead by night fall and I have craved all kinds of wonderful foods.  Will power baby wooooo!

So I've made it to day 2, yipeee!  They say the first three days are hell, but it hasn't been so bad.  Yesterday I went to Golden Gate park to meet up with some friends and I found it really hard to be around all these people eating elaborate foods.  I also started to feel a little high as my body was getting used to not having the food intake and toxins started the process of leaving my body.   Last night I didn't sleep well at all, I was tossing and turning and having pretty vivid dreams.  I woke up this morning and had a horrible stomach ache, but I relieved myself and I'm feeling much better.  I have noticed more of a mental clarity and I hope it will continue as I go.
