manoy and raton are very good friends of mine from manila... raton and i are in a band back home and ive known manoy ever since as well... these 2 clowns came over to shanghai to visit me and watch F1 a week ago... so these guys arrived on wednesday and immediately called me when they reached the airport coz they cant speak chinese... so i tell them to get a taxi and they go on to get a minivan... they thought they were going to die wtih the way the driver was driving... apprently he was another schumacher... we have a lot of them in shanghai...hahhaa.... so they get to my house and from wednesday all the way to saturday night we just ate, drank and partied... when we got to watch F1 we were so tired i actually fell asleep somewhere in the middle of the race... then we had to walk like 4-5 kms.... then the traffic was so bad it took us like forever to get back home... the food services on site during F1 were so badly done there was nothing to eat so we were famished by the time we got back.... it was soooo draining... but i have to say, all in all.. was loads of fun... to many smaller details that were hilarious but all in all it was just like we were in high school...hahaha :-)

........ well i have to confess that i have not been coming to check this site as often as i like but i have to admit that whenever im in i cant help but feel like i am part of a an awesome community... my last blog was last october! damn.... lotta shit has happened since then.... i moved from being a consultant in the food biz to now in the media biz... i like my new hours and new environment... gives me an extra boost of energy to be in a different situation altogether.... the olympics has come and gone and F1 is around the corner, china has done soooo well during the games and even if im only half chinese, i am so proud of what they did during the olympics,  hats off..... so there it is... countless parties, countless frustrating nights and days working, girlfriends left and girlfriends came, did some travelling around, new job.... yup i guess that sums up what has happend since my last blog...  peace :-)

this sucks.... i just wrote a new blog and then the internet just froze..... oh well..... its all good.... just wanted to write that october will be a beeeezeeee month... i have 3 batches of frinds coming over to visit, F1 is around the corner.... our deli should be opening.... im going home at the end of the month to hit the beach and go diving... oh and i got an iphone.... nice toy.... i suggest you all get one.... there are some things that i think are stupid but all in all... its a nice toy to play with :)

this is the first blog in what.... 20 million years.... hahaha well, i've been a busy bee these past weeks and i have spent less and less time in front of the computer, our bistro is on the last weeks of preparation and things are moving fast... thank god! and we found a sushi chef for the sushi bar! yeah! and the guy just so happens to be the head chef of our soon to be competitor! hahaha :) oh well... works tiring and the party is even more tiring....whew! monday was karaoke night.. tuesday was ladies night at this bar (full of ladies)... last night was the launch of this bars terrace (nice and chill with a hella lot of champagne, hahhaa)... today is brazilian bbq and beer night with some friends and then tomorrow.... dan da da daaaaan!!! THE WEEKEND!!!! holy shit i think i will need to recharge my batteries a bit... but looking forward to the avril lavigne concert next week... i know i know.... "i could be your boyfriend" girly punk rebel pop music... but hey, finally a concert with a real band with like real guitars and drums and distortion! not to mention a super cute lead singer :) so sick of watching unadrenalin acts (which i have no problems with its just that i havent watched a big noisy concert in a while) like david tao and christina aguilera...or any poop, oops sorry pop music boyband concert that they bring in.... so avril.... \m/  yeah! rock on!!!!!! \m/ !!!!!!

well lets see.... new lens for my camera.... not in my budget.... ok lets buy it!  ahhhhhhh..... hahaha oh well im happy... i just have to sacrifice a few nights out and i'll be on track.. i hope i dont buy anything else...... oh but the wii is soooooo tempting! argh........ next  time.... next tme :)  yuki (my silver tabby cat) is jumping all over me as i type... i think she needs to go on diet....damn shes heavy...  yawnnnnn.... ok off to sleep...peachys NYC pics were really fun to look at.... :)
