South Bay Bistro was inspired by the casual, relaxed island lifestyle of Bali & the Gourmands who appreciate the consummate dining experience. Recycled antique wood pieces scavenged from across Bali, Java & Sumatra adorn the space. Each piece brings its own rich history and sense of place.

South Bay Bistro’s Asian and Western menus are an ode to the authentic flavors of South Asian cuisine & the eclectic nature of our borderless world. Our outdoor terrace lounge pays homage to the beachside & romantic al fresco spaces abundant in Bali but wanting in Hong Kong. The lush greenery, sound of running water & free flowing cocktails transport you from the hustle and bustle of urban life to somewhere else you’d rather be. Start with some samosas, try our mee mamak, finish off with fried bananas with mango coulis & then come back for weekend brunch to devour the best pancakes in Hong Kong. Twice a week is all we ask!
