aww she's really cute ~ i actually thought it was your daughter but I wasn't sure and didn't want to offend haha ~~ hmm I live in Queens but currently i'm dorming upstate. where about in manhattan? i used to live in chinatown when i was younger haha...NYC is the best isn't it?
If you are seriously thinking about Research Triangle Area, give Chapel Hill and Carrboro a look first, or even Hillsborough. These communities have a lot more going on in terms of resident artists and public support for the arts than Cary/Apex/Raleigh. I'm in Chapel Hill and honestly wouldn't consider living anywhere else in NC, with the exception of Asheville (in the mountains). Cary and Apex are just suburbia writ large. Schools are great in Chapel Hill-Carrboro (one district), second best in state after Charlotte-Mecklinburg. (Since you have kids, this does matter.)
