I love interacting with people because I enjoy listening to the perspectives of others. It helps me to become a more tolerant and open-minded person. As application deadlines for business schools are coming up, I have been asked to provide feedback on friend's essays so I have had the opportunity to peer into the introspective thoughts about what matters most to people, what a person's aspirations are, and the impacts that the person made to life on earth. It reminds me a lot about the time when I was also applying and more intensely meditating those thoughts - trying my best to find God's will for me. I needed to understand my own expectations because without this understanding, it would be difficult to set priorities, to gage what to spend time for, and to measure success in life. My ambition is nicely summarized by one of my favorite quotes from Albert Einstein:
"Try not to become a man of success, but rather to become a man of value. He is considered successful in our day who gets more out of life than he puts in. But a man of value will give more than he receives."
