貢寮海洋音樂祭2000年最早由台北縣政府新聞室與角頭音樂發起，旨在創造華語音樂盛會，邀請知名搖滾樂團、歌手與地下音樂輪番演出。

Stats
- Formed by Eurasian twin brothers Julio Acconci (piano/vocals) and Dino Acconci (guitar/vocals) in 1997 and released their first single in Europe...Formed by Eurasian twin brothers Julio Acconci (piano/vocals) and Dino Acconci (guitar/vocals) in 1997 and released their first single in Europe. Soler are renowned for the quality of their live performances, and the unique Soler sound. They write all their own music and also produce songs for other artists in the greater China region. With the ability to sing in different languages including Chinese, Soler released their first debut album in early 2005 in Hong Kong, since then they have become one of the most promising and significant bands in South East Asia.
