  It lead to be stupid when you overdo the things(事情做的过头就会导致愚蠢)

  What you should do and what you should say depend on what position  you are

  When you work based on showing your abilities your attention will be focused on how to show yourself better not on the work itself ---how to accomplish it perfectly

  Maybe you don't think it like that at that time but in your subconsciousness you  really do

  It is my fault in the project DD

  Your thought and abilities lead you to accomplish the work better

  not to show yourself

  because that makes sense to do
