This year, amongst the troubles that burdened me and hindered me grew a small glimmer of hope that turned into, what I perceive to be a "gift from God" or Nicholas (as it stands for). As I await the verdict from my appeal against the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data (HKSAR) & TransUnion Limited (AAB 2/2011) heard at the Central Government Offices in July, a year after the discovery of inaccurate reporting of personal and consumer credit data by TransUnion Lmited and the troubles that came along with fighting against Hong Kong's only credit reference agency.

 

The birth of Nicholas Heru Tao on the 19 October 2011 has not just brought hope, restored faith and a renewed sense of humanity back in me but saved me from previous allegations suggesting me as a drug addict and a person suffering from psychosis. I now have written confirmation that last years urine "bed side" toxicology test was a "false positive" (I know that it was switched) and that a latter formal urine toxicology test proved negative. It took a year for the truth to come out but I am glad that it did as it now proves that everything I have been claiming is true... and I thank my son, my blessing in disguise and my "gift from God" so I now happily introduce my latest creation & production!

 

The next email update I'm hoping will hold the verdict to my case that I can share with you all - thank you for being with me throughout all the pains, troubles and challenges - I can only hope from here on out its upwards and forwards! And as you can see Nicholas is an incredibly happy baby boy :)
