After 11 months of standing
my ground and writing to every single possible bureau, department, law enforcement
agency and bureau the day for me to finally sound out the reality of TransUnion
Limited and finally get a chance to clear my name came in the form of my appeal
hearing on Wednesday 6th July 2011.
Now before I get
started, I just would like to take this tiny moment to say to “CCMG” &
their “fraud squad” (aka. Alexander Duncan O’Neill, Christine Marie Vidal
Reynoso, Stephanie Valenzuela, Lam Wing Wo, Karen Ka Man Leung, “Fat Gay” led
by Tung Shing Lau, Rebecca Ervin (or Urban) and Dennis Chun Ming Lee) that
sorry I am not Jesus, no I will not be “crucified like Jesus”, my cats have not
“got my tongue”, I did fall but I also got back up, I still “can writing very
well” and whenever the police (this includes the Superintendent in charge in
Hung Hom station who lied about his service number being “PC10826” and the 6
other officers who instead of writing down my statement, lied to my face and
treated me like an illegal immigrant) decide to actually enforce the law and make arrests as opposed to play “pretend
to be triads” that since you thrust the words of LORD in my name, here’s some
for your SHAME: 32:23
BE SURE YOUR SIN WILL FIND YOU OUT.
I speak with 100% confidence now because…
the outcome of July 6 2011?
Personal
data bill to be tabled in LegCo
July 07,
2011
The Personal
Data (Privacy) (Amendment) Bill 2011 will be introduced into the Legislative
Council on July 13.
It seeks to implement the proposals in the report on further public discussions
on the review of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance released in April.
Some enterprises have recently transferred customers’ personal data to others
for direct-marketing purposes without explicitly and specifically informing the
customers of the purpose of the transfer and the transferees’ identity, and
without the customer's consent. This has aroused widespread community concerns.
The bill addresses these concerns, and includes provisions requiring a data
user who intends to use personal data in direct marketing or to provide it to
others to inform the subject in writing. They must say what data will be used,
the classes of people to which it is to be provided, and the classes of goods
or services to be offered or advertised.
The data user must also provide the data subject with a response facility
through which the subject may indicate whether or not they object. It must be
presented in an easy to read and easy to understand manner.
A data user who uses personal data in direct marketing or provides personal
data to others for use in direct marketing without complying with the
requirements or against the wish of the data subject will be liable, on
conviction, to a $500,000 fine and three years in prison.
The ordinance has been in force since 1996 and was recently reviewed. The
legislative proposals in the Bill were drawn up after considering the views
received from a public consultation from August to November 2009, and further
public discussions from October to December 2010.
And just in case you’re
not clear on what a data user is? Well, that’s TransUnion Limited, that’s
banks, police, hospital authority (oh yes Dennis Lee, CCMG is included as a
data user… and guess what? If I were you I would serious take off your blatant
submission that you intend to break the law) :
“CCMG

respect to the Code of Practice ( the “Code” ) under the Personal Data (
Privacy ) Ordinance ( “the Ordinance” ) through Validation, Restoration and

Ladies & Gentleman, I have become an
expert in the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance let me explain what Mr D Lee
says in that paragraph and as the mission for his company:
The Code of Practice is a practical
guideline for credit providers (banks) and credit reference agencies (there is
only one in Hong Kong, TransUnion Limited) in their communications with each other
on your credit data. There are no provisions for the consumer, it does not
protect the consumer, it’s just a handbook and it’s not the law.
My case is about the fact that TransUnion
Limited do not validate your data,
they do not restore your credit and
they most certainly do not keep
maintenance because apparently they have claimed in the hearing that they
delete consumer credit reports in 24 hours.
And CCMG intends to consume your credit, validate their consumption for their maintenance and share it with credit providers and TransUnion Limited via your credit report!
Read the paragraph again and you'll see it too!
Thank your lucky stars that we have a really
solid, understanding, logical and intelligent bunch of people sitting as board
members and as legislative council members in LegCo – this shit takes time to
sort out but you know what I’m happy that I remained completely within my spirit
of fighting this out – because the laws are changing to better all of us,
protect our personal data and punish those who disrespect what’s rightfully and
truly yours: your identity.

As for me? I still have a few more weeks to
go of the ultimate outcome of my case, and yes, I have lost a lot: my home, 3
cats, company, furniture, clothes, books, health and a large part of my heart
too… something good has come out of this though and if anything has saved me
from the picture that Lam Wing Wo, Dennis C M Lee and Tung Shing Lau were
painting of me by tampering with my medical records that I am a full blown drug
addict consuming methamphetamine, MDMA, ampethamine, painkillers whilst
injecting drugs for the last 10 years and suffering from psychosis needing a CT
scan… I fell pregnant February and am due in 3 months. It’s a huge shock and
wonder how this baby has managed to come through all that I have been through
with a strong heartbeat and determined will to make it and make a huge impact…
it’s also a boy!
