According to a youth worker, this sign is used by youth when the adults say things which have no link hence, no connection. Try positioning your fingers in teh same manner and you will realize that the two fingers cannot touch thus, no link.

I know what it mean, it's devotion, praise of devil, satan, people who make it they say that they love the devil.
This sign we can see often in metal songs rather than in rock songs.

Think of them as single-word blessings or prayers.
