  • Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No-one comes to the Father except through me" John 14:6

Do not worry about mistakes, failures, past sins. "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins, and purify us from all unrighteousness." 1/John 1:9.

Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord...." Acts 3:19

  • Time to wait - patience

My patience was really put to test yesterday when I spent like four hours just to type in all information for a submission.  The website lacked user friendly features and as I typed, I was praying ernestly that the internet would not throw tantrum as there was no way I could save the draft.  What a website!

Time to wait out and see where the Lord will lead me.  How do you feel when you are waiting?  I mean for something to happen or not to happen.  How long was your longest wait for a reply, response, proposal, someone, results, etc.?

this really depends on the situation. the hardest thing was when I applied for some support for my rent from the municipality during the preparation of the oral test for my dimploma. They let me wait more than two months....I got the reply (a negative one) after the tests.....

Depends on the thing I'm waiting for, but I'm impatient and usually a wee is max.

Must have been very stressful on the website, I hate worrying about losing stuff from the computer.

I've asked God for something, still waiting now for 8 years.  Comes down to trust.  Regardless if I get the answer I want, or even an answer at all, the question remains: "Trust that God will not rip me off." [quoted from Pastor and in reality originally the Bible]
