It is beginning to feel like X'mas!

We had thunder storm yesterday and many power trips due to the earthing of lightning.  My dwelling place always get affected by lightning so it is about time to get a professional to look into the circuit breaker and the electrical wiring.  Well, I do not mind burning candles but they are such fire hazards with the wind blowing like crazy here.  Contrary to what most people think, here at the equator, we experience the cooling of seasons and usually the temperature dips a fair bit in October, November and December and with rain, we get chills that go to the bones.  It is beginning to feel like X'mas and I bet the decoration will be up once Deepavali is over on 27 October. 

There was a layer of mist covering the estate in the morning.  Awesome!

It was cold last night, with just natural ventilation, the chill woke me up to wear another garment and put a thick comforter over.

Wonder if you can see the rain but it was pouring after noon.
