Do not worry about mistakes, failures, past sins. "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins, and purify us from all unrighteousness." 1/John 1:9.

Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord...." Acts 3:19

I went to this cafe located at Dover which is just opposite Heritage View.  My friends who stay nearby recommended this cafe for their all natural ingredients creation.  The boss of Eden Sancturary, Clement, is a lawyer turned chef with many original creations.  I like this place for the lay back feel as it is in a compound with two colonial looking detached houses.  This cafe structure may have been a gargage in the past.  The two detached houses are now being used by professionals in the field of therapy including speech, physiotherapy, child pyschology, and many other specialized treatments.

Tea for two.  Clement recommended a healing tea called "Well-being" which is a mixture of chrysanthenum, rose and mint.  See the potted plant on the table?  Customers are urged to just pluck off the leaves and add them into soups, salads and main dish.  This pot on our table is basil so it goes well with most dishes.

A vegetable and fruit salad named "Summer Floral".  Clement uses flowers as part of the ingredients and these are specially grown for consumption.  They taste great!

This pasta dish is delicious with carrots and tomatoes stirred in the pasta.  The freshness of the ingredients made this simple dish so wholesome.  There are many other dishes which I want to try so I will definitely be back again.

    Hi Ching,

Natural juice and vegetable dressing is the best for salad.  In this dish, I tasted the juice of watermelon, tomatoes and a bit of lime and vinegar.  Have your own creation.  I love fruit salad with grape juiced for the dressing as it tastes like wine.

Edible flowers are good !  Nasturtium leaves have a 'peppery' flavor .. really nice in a fresh salad ..
rose hips (the 'seed' pod that forms below where the flower has finished blooming) are extremely high in vitamin C .. you can read about it at http://www.kstrom.net/isk/food/wildrose.html
