Finally I can breathe better now. How so? I thought I did my body some good by cutting coffee off since Chinese New Year this year. How wrong I was. I started having bouts of allegic rhinitis that is, non-stop nasal congestion that not only cause me to look very unwell in the day but unable to sleep at night. The mucus just kept dripping down my throat when I lay down and caused me to cough in the night.
During a cell meeting three weeks ago, my cell leader who also has the same problem told us that the cure is simply downing some coffee in the morning. Apparently, there is a property in coffee probably the caffeine, which dilates the blood capillaries and thus, helps with the sinus. As a last resort this afternoon, I went to the Coffee Connoisseur for a cup of Azuki Coffee that is, espresso with milk and Japanese red beans. This is an unique coffee mix which I tried for the first time without the whip cream. The congestion has gone since downing the coffee and I am feeling good now.

Are there anyone here who can attest to the effectiveness of coffee on sinus problems?
