  • 中上環水患禍源來自人為！

    為甚麼中上環這次發大水若此﹖朋友在上環上班，說，親眼看到平日清潔阿嬸把垃圾硬擠到下水道的入口地縫去！上環也是同樣情況。

    垃圾日積月累，終於一下雨就沒辦法讓雨水經下水道排出，而是倒灌進街道。

    電視上做了好久教人別把下水道口當垃圾堆填區，但似乎生效不大。這次中上環發大水，還望各界人士能提高警覺，又或政府立案管治，好教那些沒有公德心的自私鬼得些教訓！

    啊！罰錢就實在！

    有些人就是這樣的啦
    越罰錢，他們便會越重復加倍這樣做
    挑戰政府
    可是卻沒考慮到嚴重的後果
    反正他們總是認爲這樣做比較方便嘛

    人是非常奇怪的动物。自己做坏事的时候总觉得值得宽恕，别人犯错则不能释怀。教育再多有时也不起作用，我常觉得是人反叛的劣根性在起作用，你越说他越不想做。所以有时候罚钱最实际。

    可是，每每涉及钱银，总觉得悲哀，自觉点不好么，非把阿堵物牵扯进来。

    但真的很多天灾实际上首先是人祸引起的，所以人必须管束好自己。

    无论以法以情，只要能自我管束，就是好办法。

    有时候不罚钱，他们就不觉得心疼，要让他们心疼了才记得教训。
