Don't let the environment and others get you down? We are here for you and know your worth. You are definitely precious to our Creator. Blow those negative thoughts away for they are from the devil.

You keep getting knocked down Silke and it's really annoying because you are such a genuine soul. There is not much I can say to help ease your thoughts but you have to stay strong.

Man, I had a breakdown last night and asked the same questions....but, you just keep going because each new day offers challenges and rewards. It's tough but you've got to keep going. Everybody here (and this place is world-wide!) loves you, Silke! **hugs**

Hahaha.....I can answer that one! ^^ If you have no self-confidence, this means you have not developed self-mastery, and what it means to become independent and master the self/spirit (which is one of our goals in life - I believe anyways). If you have no aim, this means you have not developed enough compassion for your fellow humans. Because if you have, you would never feel sorry for yourself. Rather you would seek to become a source of hope and inspiration, and provide help for others, as help is always needed. This is how you would create an aim in life (if you ever feel you are aimless). ^^
