negotation training - women only

6 commentsOn saturday I had the opportunity to attend a negotation training offered for a very good price, offered by the women in real estate, an association I am member of.
The morning was beautiful and sunny so that I can't help to take some pics on the way there....an impression of the area where we met for training - a former harbour area in Frankfurt and a heating plant on the right side.

We trained several negotiation situations and also got a good and brief introduction to the Harvard Model - a fair way to do negotiations and being succesfull at the same time - and also some methods to go well-prepared into a meeting.
Some books the trainer recommended:
All in all I spent a pleasant though tiring day with 9 other women.
The probaly most important lesson was: no mastery without exercise...
