I had to play an expert in 成语, personally I'm not a real 成语 guy so it was a real challenge. "Mu Gu Chen Zhong" was awarded a 1st prize award at the 8th Digital Television Lily Awards in 2008.

Sam (司马优） is a China-based actor and director. A graduate of Melbourne's Victorian College of the Arts, Sam was raised in Manila, Taipei, Beijing, as well as his native Australia. His 2nd year student short film "Crash Test" was awarded 2nd prize for film at the Melbourne Fringe Festival in 2000. In addition to acting for film and TV in China, Sam now focuses on directing sino-centric films for the international market.
