Cherry blossoms tea & Japanese confection

The Japanese loves cherry blossoms. 日本人非常愛櫻花。
It is not only a genuine flower but also the decoration of the hair salon
不是只真的櫻花，美容室的招牌，
and horse racing too! "prize of cherry blossom" 賽馬也這樣「櫻花賞」。
This is salting of cherry blossoms. 這是鹽醃的櫻花。
We put this in the hot water and drink as tea. 注入開水，作為茶飲。
Or mixed with rice, the cake is decorated with this. 另外，混和米飯，或裝飾點心甜品等。
It is a very good smell. 有好香。Well, May 5 is a national holiday in Japan. 且說，５月５日是日本的公眾假日。
The original is [端午節］ of China, but in Japan, the boy's growth is celebrated on May 5 of the solar calendar.
原來是中國的端午節，不過，日本在新曆５月５日祝福男子成長，祈身體健康。We eats a special cake on this day. 那個日，我們食特別的點心。
This is "KASHIWA-MOCHI柏餅" (Sleeping rolled up in a single quilt).是「柏餅」。
The rice cake that puts sweet bean jam is wrapped by the leaf of the oak, and steams it.
用柏葉包餅（內裡有豆餡兒的），蒸。
The other one is "[CHIMAKI 粽]. " 另一種是「粽」。
[CHIMAKI 粽] of Japan is quite different from Chinese. 不過，這是和中國的粽完全不同。
This wraps and makes a sweet rice cake in the leaf of the bamboo grass. 用笹包甜的餅As for these cakes, the taste of the rice cake and both of the smell of the leaf are enjoyed.
那些個點心，享受味道和葉的香味雙方。・・・・・。
This has not relation in the 5 May. 這個和５月５日無關係。
I just like it. hahaha.
只是我喜歓。哈哈哈
This is "WARABI-MOCHI わらび餅"(Bracken-starch dumpling) that is the cake at the early summer. 初夏天的點心，是「蕨餅」。After cooling it, eat this with the mix of the soybean powder and the sugar.
冷卻，和黃豆粉和砂糖一起食。
From what I've heard, this not exist in East Japan ....really?
我有聽了，在東日本無蕨餅。真的嗎？

Do you like coriander leaf?
大家鐘唔鐘意芫荽（香菜）呀？
みなさん、シャンツァイ（香菜）はお好きですか？
I like very much.
我好鐘意。
私はとても好きなんです。But most Japanese doesn't like it.
但係，大部分嘅日本人唔鐘意那個。
でも、これが好きな日本人は少ないですよね。And it is very very expensive.
並且，那個非常非常高價。
それにとても高いんです。The grass is about ￥380 per 5 pieces.Only 5 pieces!
每5條草是約380日元。是只5條！
5本くらいで380円とかします。たった5本でですよ！But, the seeds is only ￥200! per over 100 pieces!!
不過，每100粒以上種子只是200日元！
でも種なら100粒以上でたったの200円！
so I decided grow them.
所以，我決定咗栽培呢Ｄ。
ってことで、育てることにしました。

Kyoto “MACHIYA” Stay 宿於京都町家 町家に泊まる

我和朋友一起去了京都旅遊。
I went to
ここです。
我們宿了這里。叫做「町家」。是京都伝統的家屋。
We stayed here.This is "MACHIYA". Traditional house of
古くなった町家を改修して、宿泊できるようにしています。
ホテルや旅館とは違い、貸家という扱いだそうです。
宿泊施設としての基準に合わそうとすると町家ではなくなってしまうのでしょう。
為能投宿，修理了舊的街上的房子。與酒店或旅館不同，是出租的房子。
因為「町家」也有築100年以上的家，日本的現行法制上作為酒店或旅館不能使用。
例如，在「町家」內服務員不在。他們在辦公室，好似房東的代理。
Because MACHIYA also has the house for old 100 years or more, it is not possible to use it as Ryokan(Japanese style inn) and a hotel on the existing law system of
So, they adopted "House for rent" way. Because they did not want to change original shape of MACHIYA.

在町家宴會
伏見へ。去「伏見」。We went to FUSHIMI.
疎水を舟で行きながらお花見。
この疎水は、下流へ行った舟が上流へ戻りやすいように、
本流と反対方向（川上）に流れているそうです。
乘舟去水渠，做觀賞櫻花。
這個水渠，去了下游的船象容易返回上游一樣地，製作了。
流著向主流和反方向（向川上）。
Enjoys seeing cherry blossom while going in the canal by the boat.
This canal was made to make easily to go to the upstream in the boat that had come from the downstream.
It runs in the opposite direction(toward upstream) to a peripheral river.
日本酒で有名な伏見。
酒蔵や博物館など、町並みも楽しめます。
京都的伏見地區是優質日本酒的產地。
有造酒工廠，又有日本酒博物館等。能歷史性的街路風景也享受。

Historical town also enjoyable.
せっかくの京都なので、普段は飲めない高級緑茶【駒影】を（全然知らなかったけど ^^;）。
京都茶也有名。
平素不能喝的高級綠茶，"駒影komakage"（我那時先知道…未聽了的…
）This is high-level green tea KOMAKAGE that I cannot usually drink.

やはり、私が普段飲んでいるお茶とは全く違いましたね。
確是，與我平素喝的綠茶完全不同。

HANAMI（enjoy seeing cherry blossom) at last weekend was canceled.
上星期末的觀賞櫻花是中止。
先週末の花見は中止になりました。Because it is such a condition yet.
因為，至今是這樣的狀態。
だってまだ、こんな感じ…。
It's almost.....
差不多開始開花…
あともうちょっとなんだけどなぁ。
