  • effective WaYs on Surviving After a Break-up

    Yes, it’s true that you can’t stop clinging on the sweet moments of the past, but by continuous clinging on the past, you are stopping hope and creating a damned life. Always remember that life is a constant change: some people may step in and out of your life, and that is natural and okay. As you get your daily undertakings, new people will come and some may leave even if they mean less or more to you. It is usual trait that you avoid change and keep clinging to your past. Unfortunately, this trait is self-destructing and self-defeating.

     

    I too had experienced too much sufferings and pain from a break-up. I had gone through very lots periods of pain before healing my broken and shattered heart. It took me several weeks to heal and get over the pain before opening for love again. I guess we had the right love at the wrong time that led our relationship to become stagnant and blurred. I had undergone a very slow process of healing. (Prolonged time and painful recovery can trigger long-lasting consequences in life, like loss of profession, poor school performance, depressions and many more) I’m so glad that I had stayed strong and that neither my life nor school performance was affected.

     

    Maybe that incident resulted because we just tried so hard that we forgot our limitations and boundaries. Maybe I can’t play my role and handle my responsibilities to him. Maybe I’m just self confident thinking that what I have are enough and worth to make him stay. So many “if’s and maybe’s” to think but one thing that I did, I forgot all the past for it’s already through and keep dealing with my today and tomorrow.

     

    After every breakup, you have to choose either on leaving the healing to time or taking charge of the recovery process. The first option will give you a long-span of time, pain and suffering before the scars are gone. It‘s slow and torturous. The second option is taking control of oneself. It will allow you to accelerate the recovery process, learn fast and move on, leaving a great room and space to find healthier and more enjoyable love than before.

     

    It requires you a lot of courage and strength if you want to heal fast, in your own ability to get o your happy life again as soon as possible. You don’t have to waste your precious time suffering and dwelling on the painful past. You can get the love you’ve been looking for and what you deserve. True love waits and comes unexpectedly. Maybe your true partner in life is on his or her way: the more you suffer and extend your time healing, the more he or she will be delayed on his or her arrival.
