We must be churning out many p-plate drivers every month. I just went to book for my traffic police practical test yesterday, and the earliest test date was 16 June. And according to my friend, I’m considered early, as she waited for 8 weeks! Oh damn! One second, I need to pick up my dropped jaw.
Then again, apparently the pass rate is roughly about 30-40% so I suppose we are only turning out about 20 passed drivers a month?
I’ve been paying a bit more attention to the way Singaporeans drive on the roads now that I’m actually learning to do the same.. And sometimes I realise how frustrating it is for drivers.. There are those who DESPERATELY NEEDS to slot themselves on your RIGHT in a wide u-turn.. I’d purposely smacked myself closer to the right kerb but obviously not close enough for that woman’s small car.. It’s so dangerous both to me & to her as well. There are drivers who overestimate their acceleration

Hi all, I’ve been absent for a while for a few reasons:
1) I have no real working laptop at home
2) I’d rather go to the gym than log on
3) My account was suspended (reasons unknown) since April 10
Anyway, the site is back to normal and I’ll try to go back to my usual posting schedule I guess…

First lesson on the road instead of the circuit today.. Really fun and much more relaxing than in the circuit. The congestion in the circuit is no joke.. Now just a little apprensive about the parking part.. XD
I’m feeling pretty down under.. I think it’s because I’ve been doing absolutely nothing all day…
Reminded myself Ian Rankin is freaking hilarious.. And to top it off.. DI John Rebus actually reminds me of another John I know.. The cynism, the sardonic humour….
And to end off, sorry for no updates… Been rotting about at home without any motivation to log on for no other reason than random surfing..
