to say something about my life in Singapore. well, i've been to some places of this tiny island, haha. Sentosa, Orchard, City Hall, Chinatown...
though i have no sense of direction, i now know how to get to Habour Front or VIVO by bus and how to get to NTU by MRT and also how to get to North Spine from South Spine in NTU. Food here is not bad, i can taste cuisines from different part of the world...though food here tend to be a little sugary and there are few kinds of vegetables, anyway, it's okay.
as there are many shop keepers from China, i can speak chinese when i go shopping. this afternoon i ordered a green tea soy corn (yummy~~~~) in Can B, the shop assitant said, 'u see, i give u this bigger one, hahaha!'(well, in Chinese). again in this afternoon, an aunty said ' wow, so nice~' to praise for my trousers, lol~~~ most people here are kind and nice.
asians, especially chinese are common here. so i was sometimes mistaken for locals. several foreigners asked me for ways, fortunately i can remember some places and don't have to say sorry embarrassly every time. haha
school life is okay. i get busier these days. most teachers here are kind and patient. as we are in the bridging course, we are practising english writing and communicating. i get a B in an assignment, urh... though it's a low mark, it seems to be the highest mark in our class, so i'm not very upset. we have a Chemistry lecturer who is a proffesor( he is also my tutor...), his pace is a little bit fast, but it's not a very big problem.
er... the truth is that, my sleeping hour is about 6 hours per day, which is short for me...> < we spend too much time to get to school and back to the hostel. maybe i should get used to adult standard of sleeping hour??T~T another thing i have to get used to is the extremely low temperature in air conditioned rooms! i caught cold several weeks ago...and i have not fully recovered yet.
ah, i'm going to JC(junior college) emersion next month, which set by MOE(ministry of education) for us to experience the junior college life in Singapore and learn more about Singapore culture. girls are required to wear light color tops and skirts...i haven't weared skirts since junior high!! and i didn't bring any skirts. i bought one here which cost me 99SD...-_-''
all right, friends, now u know my life these days...take care guys and i'll also take care of myself, alivenotdead lah~
