    巴特利酒莊 (Chateau Batailley )2000 /1996

    1855梅多克列級酒莊五級莊（Fifth Growths）巴特利酒莊酒莊(Chateau Batailley)位於波爾多左岸的波雅克 (Pauillac) 產區，眾所周知，波雅克可謂整個波爾多最為璀璨的產區之一，五大名莊之中就已集合了叁個 , 可見巴特利酒莊出品應屬不俗。巴特利酒莊擁有60公頃葡萄園，這裏的土質為典型的梅多克沙礫土質，擁有良好的排水性和保溫。酒莊的葡萄種植比例為70% 赤霞珠(Cabernet Sauvignon)、25% 美樂(Merlot)、3% 品麗珠(Cabernet Franc)和2% 的小維多 (Petit Verdot)，植株平均樹齡為30年，所有葡萄經人手採摘之後經過逐粒挑選後，放入大沉降桶中發酵，最後放入橡木桶中16個月陳釀，新橡木桶的使用比例為60%。

    酒莊總年產量約22,000箱。該酒莊沒有二軍酒(副牌)。 Chateau Batailley1996 典型的波爾多的酒香 , 含有烤肉香、橡木的香味。初期的野箘味和黑果味伴有雲呢拿的香草味久久不散。入口優雅 , 餘韻長。正牌：Chateau Batailley於橡木桶中陳釀16個月，新橡木桶的使用比例為60%副牌：Chateau Haut-Bages monpelou.
