…昼にペペロンチーノを作ってて、唐辛子を触った指で、思わず目の下の汗を拭ってしまいました…

…実際のところ、ここんとこちょっと凹む事が。
些細な事なんですよ何もかも。
後で食べようと思って半分残してたグレープフルーツを腐らせちゃった、とか（食べ物は大事にしようと思ってるのに）
喫茶店で友達と話に花が咲いてウェイトレスさんに睨まれちゃったとか（人に迷惑は掛けないようにしようと思ってるのに）
友達と会う約束をしなくちゃいけないのに忘れてたとか（スケジュールはきちんと把握しておこうと思ってるのに）
フィルの目が一重だと思い込んでたとか（あんなに綺麗な二重なのに何でなのか自分でも判らない）
ほんっと、すっごい些細な事なのに、何故か妙にダメージでかいんですよね。

... Actually, I'm feeling down these few days.
Each things were very trivial things, like...
the half of grapefruit that I left to eat it later was rotten (though I always bear in mind that I'd be careful about the food...)
the waitress stared crossly in my direction coz we(me and my friend) had talking a lots in the cafe (though I always bear in mind that I'd try to not cause trouble to others...)
I forgot to make promise about meeting with my friends (though I always bear in mind that I'd try to manage my schedule strictly...)
and I thought Phil's eyes were single-edged eyelids (I can't understand myself.., why I thought that... though his eyes are such clear double-edged eyelids... ... sigh...)
... see, you know, these are trivial, but I don't know why, the damage is not "trivial"...

Well, OK, now I'll go to my kitchen and make some brownies! (that's my favorite)
That's my way to deal this kind of problem.
