BMWの工場の多目的ホールの天井だそうです。
このホール、工場全体の換気装置としても機能しているそうです。

Under Construction!／工事中！

改装工事が始まりました！
家が工事中になっちゃったよ〜！
最初に瓦を取り除く作業をしてるので、正に「Under」Constructionです（笑）

The rebuild work is been starting now!
My house is under construction!
Literally "under" construction, coz they started to remove roof tiles at first!

しまなみ海道(西瀬戸自動車道)／Shimanami Expressway(Nishiseto Expressway)

帰り道は、しまなみ海道を通る事にしました。素晴らしく美しい瀬戸内の景色を眺めながらドライブが出来るので有名な高速道路なんです。

On the way back to home, we decided to go through "Shimanami Expressway(Nishiseto Expressway)". This expressway is famous for the magnificent perspective of "Seto Inland Sea", you can enjoy it during drive on the way.

何枚も写真を撮ったんですが…蒼い海と緑の島と白い橋、っていう写真は撮れませんでした〜（泣）

I tried to take many pix but I couldn't get nice one likes "Blue see, Green islands, and Great white bridge"...

途中で幾つかの島に寄り道しました。

On the way , we made brief stops at a few islands.

＜大三島／Oh-mi Island＞

大山祇神社／Oh-yama-zumi shrine

戦神である大山積神を祭った神社で、平安の昔から、武将や武士の信仰を集め、多数の鎧や刀、薙刀等が奉納されています。そして宝物殿にはそれらの素晴らしいコレクションが！なんといっても私的に目玉だったのが、義経の鎧と刀（及び薙刀）、そして弁慶の大薙刀！す、すごすぎる！実際に目にする事が出来るとは思わなかった！！大感動！

This shrine built for enshrining a god called "Oh-yama-zumi", that is the god of battle (like "Mars" @ Roman myth). Since Heian Period (the Medieval Period in Japan), many commanders and warriors devoted their armors and swords to "Oh-yama-zumi" god, so this shrine has tremendous collection of Japanese Medieval armors and swords. The big things for me, they has "Yoshitsune"'s armor and swords, and also "Benkei"'s long fauchard! Woohoo! I can see them with my own eyes!!!

＜生口島／I-kuchi Island＞

耕三寺／Ko-sanji Temple

実はこのお寺は、本物のお寺じゃありません。鉄鋼業でひと財産築いた男が、亡き母の為に寺を造ろう、と建てたものなのです。
うん…すっごく綺麗なんだけどね…ちょっと…いろんな建物が所狭しと並んでるので、奇妙な感じは拭えない(^^;;;

Actually, it's not REAL temple. This buildings were built by a person who made a substantial equity in Iron and Steel Industry. He wanted to build a beautiful temple to dedicate it to his late mother...
Yeah, it's very beautiful... but... I feel a bit bizarre... coz he put a lot of buildings in such a small area...

さて、これで私のお盆休みの小旅行はオシマイ。ながながとおつきあいありがとうございました〜(^-^)

道後点描／Clips of Dogo town

dedicate to Etchy

松山城／Matsuyama Castle

翌日、道後温泉を後にして、松山城に向かいました。

After leaving Dogo Onsen, we visited Matsuyama Castle.

非常に堅牢で美しい城で、お気に入りのお城の一つになりました♪

Matsuyama Castle is very robust and artistic castle. It became one of my favorite Japanese castles.
