Back in Michigan now, very different atmosphere, if it wasn't for my family i wouldn't want to be back! it's so boring here, cold at night and morning time then hot during the day. But summer's over here in Michigan. I miss Florida, i love everything about it, well except during hurricane season. Last hurricane was named Faye i think, wasn't bad few trees fell down here and there, nothing special.

I did a lot more this week than last week. Went to a friend's bday, then beach with a lot of people, the clubbing at night (again) and then a picnic on sunday, it was wayyy tooo humid, just like Vietnam and HK weather, i heard.

Went canoeing on Monday, a very hot day, i wasn't prepared to swim because i swam the day before, but still was thrown into the beach by some people. I could feel my body, especially my shoulders burning, as if i could hear sizzle :-). In the end, i saw my back in the mirror it was RED and BURNING, wow what a feeling, i couldn't lay on my sides because of it i could only lay flat on my back. It's terrible! First time ever i've experienced such a bad burnt. My face is like TANNED, UGH i don't want my face to be tan only my body though!

Now it's all back to normal, getting ready to move down to my new apartment and begin my internship!

florida beach!

Finally i've a chance to go on a mini vaca. it's ten days total, and now i am enjoying and releaxing in florida. Its so nice to not think about school, work wake up whenever i want and do whatever i want. I had a chance to meet up with a few friends who've all moved down here for better job opportunities, it's really nice to meet up with them again. We went to the club and had a few drinks. We were tipsy and loud but hey we dont get to be like this every day, it's a once in a while kind of thing, well kinda, were having round 2 this weekend.

Yes Olympic season is finally here! I love this time, I think it’s such a big honor for a person to join the Olympics! I thought the opening was awesome, my god I heard china spent around 300 millions??? The lights were everywhere it’s the best opening session I had yet seen and probably the no other countries will be able to match up to that.

I love the swimming and volleyball, go Michael phelps  , so young and athletic. I root for phelps in swimming and gymnastic for china! I spent the whole day off today watching Olympics probably my only day to watch since I have to work again starting tomorrow. good luck to all the athletes.

Does anyone know who Stevie Hoang is, I mean I’m sure he’s big artist now but I just recently heard about him like a week ago.  Anyways his music is cool, there are Chinese instruments in them and I’ve enjoyed listening to Chinese instruments ever since little and from watching tv series of TVB. I tried getting him to join AnD! Hopefully he will, kinda odd asking though but hey it’s a try, it helps him with more recognition AND of-course his fans to see more of him. Cool guy talented too hopes he join!

I have been working full time straight this week and i also picked up some OTs, which is always great, pays extra! I just don't know how i did it and then having so much stuff due for school too but i think it's starting to affect my grades, i don't know it's to a point where i'm too tired and just go with the flow and care less about school now because it's just to draggy thanks god it's my last semester!!!

Anyways apart from busying myself out, i worked with this pharmacist on Friday, and i asked her so what are you doing now that you've graduated from pharm school (just in December of 07) and she replied she's stil in school, again, for an agent with the DEA, drug enforcement agency. She's gonna catch the drug abusers and all that good stuff. And i asked her wow, pharmacy school isn't easy and now you're going for DEA? It's sort of like a cop too And she told me she's not going for the money because as we all know pharmacists makes 100,000 a year, she told me that the DEA job is only like starting out at 30,000 a year....isn't it an amazing pay check cut? But she said its been her dream ever since little and she's going for it no matter what. I'm amazed, she's really smart and i can't beleive that her pharmacy major was just an extra kind of thing, and since her parents told her she should go for it.

if i was her, and if i was a pharmacist already you guessed it i'll keep my pharmacist position and banking in the money i mean well pharmacy school isn't easy also so i should be proud and work hard for the doctor's degree that i've earned right?
