This was my first concert in Asia. To be honest I did not know much about this group LMF (Lazy Mutha Fuckas-ers,az) But from there name I was already pretty amused and wanted to check them out. 

LMF is a Cantonese hip hop rock band and this was their reunion tour, since most of them had separated to start their own bands and groups. 

Anyways, they turned out to be pretty damn awesome and rocked the place. Although I didn't understand a word they said, canto hip hop sounds much better then mandarin hip hop I'd have to say. LMF reminded me of the old school hip hop bands mixed with like linkin park or something.... haha hard to describe but I am definitely a new fan.

After the LMF show we went to a friend's b-day party and ate lots of friend chicken and sang I'm a little tea pot and other hits and called it a night.  

Been sick for the last couple of days so haven't had the chance to upload some pics from my trip to HK.

On December 30th I decided to take the train from Shanghai to Hong Kong since 

1. it was cheaper

2. didn't have to deal with flying to shenzhen and then finding my way across the border

3. more convenient, since you basically sleep on the train and when you wake up you are in HK.

So after a long nights sleep, I woke up and was in HK.

The Alive Not Dead party was a huge success. When we arrived the lobby was filled with people standing in line to get in and the party was poppin!

The party ended around 4:30 am in the morning with Pat still going strong  on the dance floor. We couldn't catch a cab so Pat, Rebecca and I walked home and was quickly introduced to Mr. Stairs.
